EXERCISE HELPS REDUCE ANXIETY
Research has shown that both moderate and strenuous exercise reduces symptoms of anxiety, even when it’s been chronic. Interestingly, the more intense people exercise, the greater their improvement. Depression has also been shown to improve with activity. The key is that you have to keep it going on a regular basis (a few times a week) for several months, though any exercise is better than less or none. It’s also true that exercise alone can’t solve all issues.

STRESS IS CONTAGIOUS, ESPECIALLY IN RELATIONSHIPS
You no doubt already know that stress has a big effect on your health, both physically and emotionally, but did you realize that stress spreads like a cold or flu? Especially in a partnership, where you’re in close contact with another, it’s very likely that you’re having a big effect on each other’s mental state, spreading it to your loved ones, whether you mean to or not. During holidays the pressures and stressors are compounded.

MORE AFFECTION LEADS TO A BETTER SEX LIFE
Physical affection (hand holding, hugs, sitting close together, kissing, massages…) leads to better and more frequent sexual intimacy, with a higher level of orgasm and greater relationship satisfaction. Of course, if there’s ongoing tension and conflict in the relationship, then that leads to a cycle of less non-sexual contact and a lower quality and quantity of sex.
